Cerdanyola turns up the volume: concerts at Roser de Maig 2026

From Sau and Revolver to 31 FAM, Maldita Nerea and Altimira Festival, the Festa Major brings four days of music across the city

🗞️ Published: 1 May 2026 · Updated: 1 May 2026

Cerdanyola del Vallès is getting ready for four days where music takes center stage. From May 1 to 4, the Roser de Maig 2026 festival transforms the city into a vibrant live music hub, with its main stages at Parc del Xarau and Parc del Turonet.

This year’s setup reinforces a more distributed festival model: large-scale concerts move primarily to Xarau, while Turonet hosts key performances and complementary activities, creating a dynamic, city-wide experience.

May 1: nostalgia, storytelling and late-night energy

The opening night at Parc del Turonet blends emotion and atmosphere. Legendary Catalan band Sau returns with a unique audiovisual show, combining archival footage and live performance into an immersive experience designed to reconnect with generations of fans.

Revolver follows with LA 03010, a deeply personal project that revisits the artist’s roots while balancing new material with classic hits.

Closing the night, DJ Lady Viking shifts the mood into high gear, delivering an energetic electronic set designed to keep the crowd moving well into the early hours.

Meanwhile, Parc del Xarau hosts the LOS40 Urban party, setting a more contemporary tone with mainstream hits and a younger audience vibe.

May 2: big pop moments and a night to remember

Saturday is built for big crowds. At Parc del Xarau, the lineup leans into widely loved pop acts.

Melody opens the night, bringing decades of experience — from child prodigy to international performer — into a show designed to connect across generations.

Next up, Maldita Nerea delivers one of the most emotionally charged sets of the festival, turning their concerts into shared, almost collective experiences.

The night closes with DJ Eros & Fatboy DJ in a particularly meaningful session: one of the final appearances of DJ Eros at the festival, blending celebration and farewell energy.

May 3: youth energy and viral pop

Sunday shifts the focus toward the new generation.

31 FAM, one of the biggest names in Catalan urban music, brings a high-impact live show with dancers, live instrumentation and a strong visual identity.

They’re followed by La La Love You, whose punchy mix of pop and punk — powered by viral hits — promises one of the most fun and energetic moments of the weekend.

Beyond the main weekend: Altimira Festival

The music doesn’t stop when the Festa Major ends. On May 9, Parc del Turonet hosts the Altimira Festival, now in its 13th edition.

With free entry and over seven hours of live music, the festival dives into punk rock and hardcore, featuring international names like Misconduct alongside local heavyweights NoWayOut and emerging acts such as Fuet!, Saïm, Puk2, Waterviolet, Woodchuck and Fastloud.

A diverse lineup blending nostalgia, pop, urban sounds and underground energy transforms Cerdanyola into a live music playground
